- Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and policies
- Update and manage HR user guides
- Prepare employment letters and official documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Manage visa and immigration processes
- Organize company events and ad hoc gatherings
- Process HR vendor payments and manage supplies
- Oversee general office administration and maintenance
