Tasks

  • Partner strategically with the Europe North leadership team
  • Shape and deliver a people plan aligned with growth goals
  • Collaborate with leaders to improve performance and team health
  • Address talent and performance issues with a commercial lens
  • Own the end-to-end talent and succession agenda
  • Develop leadership, management, and functional learning solutions
  • Design and lead organizational change and workforce planning
  • Manage post-merger integration and geographic expansion
  • Define clear structures, roles, and decision rights
  • Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance
  • Ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Leverage data and insights to guide business decisions
  • Measure the impact of people initiatives through data
