- Ensure high-quality output for clients.
- Accountable for project success from client and team perspectives.
- Create a commercial strategy to grow the client portfolio.
- Monitor the commercial pipeline for opportunities.
- Build proposals that address client needs.
- Enhance consulting offers with existing clients.
- Create opportunities for collaboration with other departments.
- Establish a knowledge base from client engagements.
- Disseminate consulting knowledge across the company.
