- Fluent Swiss German and English (written and spoken)
- French language proficiency is a plus
Tasks
- Lead channel sales strategy and execution
- Build and scale high-performing partner ecosystem
- Drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels
- Align with global go-to-market strategies
- Manage Partner Account Managers and Technical Partner Leads
- Create meaningful impact with partners and distributors
- Deliver data-driven solutions to customers
- Promote NetApp’s Intelligent Data Infrastructure
- Expand Hybrid Cloud business with channel partners
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution architecture teams
- Develop and evolve Joint Business Plans with key partners
- Foster alignment with commercial sales organization
- Identify and support new business opportunities
- Inspire and lead the partner team to deliver impact
