Requirements
- Multi-year experience in sales, business development, or partner management
- Experience in B2B SaaS sector ideally
- History of closing deals or contributing to revenue growth
- Ability to turn relationships into business outcomes
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
- Drive to build structures and commercial processes
- Focus on execution and momentum
- Preference for measurable results and action
- Proactive and organized nature
- Confidence to work cross-functionally
- Fluency in English and one Nordic language
Tasks
- Identify and recruit high-potential Nordic partners
- Build a pipeline aligned with partner profiles
- Lead the end-to-end partner onboarding journey
- Manage initial contracting and commercial setup
- Ensure partners have necessary licenses and tools
- Coordinate essential training and success materials
- Mentor partners during their early lifecycle
- Drive a structured 12-month acceleration model
- Co-sell to achieve first revenue milestones
- Manage the handover of mature partners
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM data and growth insights
