Requirements
- Experience in Marketing Operations or GTM Systems
- Deep HubSpot expertise and architectural skills
- Track record in multi-touch attribution models
- Experience integrating AI and enrichment tools
- Fluency in modern GTM stacks
- Strong analytical skills and reporting ability
- High-ownership mindset and systems-thinking approach
- Experience building international marketing infrastructure
- Understanding of SLG, ABM, or hybrid models
- Background in revenue or sales operations
Tasks
- Architect the commercial infrastructure and lifecycle journey
- Design scalable systems for predictable growth
- Orchestrate and evolve the marketing tech stack
- Integrate tools including Clay, Gong, and Google Tag Manager
- Eliminate system bloat to maximize ROI
- Build multi-touch attribution models
- Create executive dashboards for pipeline and CAC insights
- Operationalize UTM governance and lead scoring
- Build nurture frameworks to reduce lead assignment time
- Implement AI-driven enrichment and automated personalization
- Deploy conversation intelligence to replace manual processes
- Define and enforce global data standards
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all systems
- Provide reliable insights for leadership decision-making
