Tasks

  • Win, maintain, and expand relationships with channel partners
  • Achieve qualified pipeline development and profitability objectives
  • Recruit new channel partners
  • Represent Sonar’s products and services to assigned partners
  • Focus on specific solutions or product sets in partner vertical markets
  • Report to the Vice President of EMEA & APJ Channels
  • Discover and evaluate potential partners
  • Develop potential partners with complementary business models and technology stacks
  • Create and execute partner territory plans
  • Deliver outcomes in new bookings, renewals, and new logos
  • Build strong relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
  • Initiate involvement of company personnel to support partners
  • Conduct meaningful business and account QBRs
  • Support partners in meeting sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Build momentum in joint partner planning
  • Develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets
  • Proactively assess and validate partner needs
  • Manage Sonar’s channel policies
  • Minimize channel conflict
  • Ensure partners complete required enablement programs
  • Align and comply with Sonar’s business and technology
