- •2-5 years’ work experience in manufacturing or packaging environment
- •Effective communication and productive relationship building
- •Project management, team leadership, and coaching skills
- •Proficiency in PC applications and Microsoft Office
- •Effective verbal and written English and local language skills
- •Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and sit/stand extensively

- •Manage packaging equipment specifications and implementation
- •Monitor process capability and regulatory compliance
- •Troubleshoot and optimize packaging performance
- •Handle change controls for materials and documentation
