- Empower teams through decentralized prioritization and decision-making
- Provide coaching and development for enterprise learning leaders
- Design high-impact capability programs for all employee levels
- Develop large-scale business events and learning experiences
- Integrate AI and technology into people practices
- Curate content to meet specific global business needs
- Ensure equitable access to learning across all regions
- Foster community engagement and knowledge sharing
- Manage practice planning, budgeting, and organizational design
- Review practice-related topics as a Chapter Architect
- Form and catalyze squad teams to deliver work
- Monitor global completion of practice area projects
- Harmonize processes and drive operational excellence
- Define quality standards and impact metrics
- Staff and develop chapter employees based on demand
