Tasks
- Oversee daily scheduling, maintenance, and fueling of company vehicles
- Ensure vehicles meet local regulatory requirements
- Manage insurance renewals, annual inspections, and permit filings
- Maintain daily office operations
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with local vendors
- Assist in drafting and enforcing internal office regulations
- Organize and maintain critical legal and corporate documents
- Ensure business licenses and visas are up to date
- Collect and synthesize local industry trends and best practices
- Track changes in local labor laws, tax policies, and regulations
- Prepare weekly briefings on local news and events
- Organize local business meetings, networking events, and site visits
- Assist various departments with ad-hoc tasks
