- Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Architecture teams
- Coordinate with corporate infrastructure and application teams
- Develop an IT/OT service management framework
- Align service delivery with budget and risk
- Drive IT/OT inventory and CMDB programs
- Design cross-sector training for ServiceNow
- Participate in the Service Management Center of Excellence
- Support and facilitate IT/OT audits
- Manage stakeholder transparency in service decisions
- Manage partnerships with external IT/OT providers
