Tasks
- Lead and develop the industrial burner service team
- Manage and develop the dispatching department
- Shape the service and growth strategy
- Optimize service operations for quality and cost
- Maximize customer satisfaction within service operations
- Expand and qualify the service team
- Monitor and develop relevant service KPIs
- Analyze and improve service processes and workflows
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Technical Order Processing
- Ensure resource planning through industrial dispatching
- Coordinate deployment planning for service technicians
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalation cases
- Standardize service offerings and documentation
- Manage the industrial service budget in Germany
