Tasks
- Define and own organic growth strategy for Blacklane
- Set clear objectives for organic channels
- Integrate organic activity with product, web, brand, and paid media
- Maintain prioritised roadmap for organic growth
- Line manage and support Organic Growth team
- Run effective operating routines
- Create culture valuing clarity, ownership, and experimentation
- Design processes for experimentation and prioritisation
- Develop Blacklane’s AEO approach
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, MarTech, Data, and Engineering
- Invest in quick wins and long-term compounders
- Define measurement framework for organic channels
- Build test-and-learn agenda
- Translate performance into clear narratives and recommendations
- Work with Product and Engineering on technical changes
- Partner with Brand/Comms and regional marketing
- Represent organic growth in planning forums
- Share knowledge with content creators and marketers
- Shape future design of organic growth function
- Stay updated on search and AI changes
- Identify need for additional headcount, partners, or tools
