Requirements

• •Experience in operations, project, or program management
• •Experience in customer-facing responsibilities and coordination
• •Track record of delivering cross-functional projects
• •Ability to design and improve processes
• •Experience working with engineering or technical teams
• •Strong organizational and risk management skills
• •Proficiency in project and operations tools
• •Professional proficiency in English
• •Background in scaling operations in startups
• •Experience applying AI tools to workflows
• •Proficiency with Jira or similar platforms
• •Experience defining KPIs and operational metrics
• •Experience in robotics or complex deployments
• •Enthusiasm for the role

Tasks

• •Plan and coordinate end-to-end customer deployment projects
• •Collaborate with engineering and field teams on project follow-up
• •Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the deployment lifecycle
• •Manage on-site hardware deployments with engineers and suppliers
• •Oversee logistics, scheduling, and readiness for field operations
• •Resolve hardware, access, and logistics constraints proactively
• •Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across parallel deployments
• •Translate technical progress into structured business updates
• •Design and improve repeatable customer project processes
• •Build operational tools and dashboards for better visibility
• •Define KPIs for deployment and operational performance
• •Identify and resolve bottlenecks across teams and workflows
• •Standardize best practices to ensure quality and consistency
