Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in banking sector
  • Analytical skills and independent working methods

  • Good communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Experience with banking applications
  • Know-how in bank fees and pricing
  • Very good MS Office skills

Tasks

  • Analyze and process discount requests from global Front Office teams
  • Ensure adherence to pricing policies and approval guidelines
  • Provide pricing assistance to Front Office via email and telephone
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operational pricing inquiries
  • Manage fee cancellations, recalculations, and system adjustments
  • Support the Fee Management team during quarterly fee runs
