- •Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
- •2-3 years’ experience servicing Chromatography products or as a user
- •Technical education or chemical background
- •Proficiency in German
- •Good knowledge of English language
- •Curiosity about analytical instruments, systems, applications, new products and technologies
- •Good hardware and software skills, especially of Windows and Microsoft Office
- •Strong problem solving skills
- •Confirmed organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
- •Excellent inter-personal, self-motivational and negotiating skills
- •Openness to travel for training or special calls, including EMEA and US
- •Driving license

- •Install chromatographic devices
- •Perform preventive maintenance on instruments
- •Qualify customer instruments

- •Maintain professional relationships with customers
- •Optimize work schedule for service planning
- •Handle company assets and inventory
