Requirements
- Customer service work experience

- Fluent German and English (spoken/written)
- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Polite, confident, patient, service-oriented
- Can-Do attitude, willing to go extra mile
- Learn and use internal Salesforce.com applications
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, meet deadlines
- Excellent multi-tasking, project management, organizational skills

Tasks
- Ensure office areas are clean and tidy
- Greet and welcome internal and external visitors
- Register guests in the Guest Management System
- Provide visitor badges to guests
- Offer taxi booking services
- Maintain stock of food, refreshments, and office supplies
- Handle waste separation and recycling
- Support catering delivery and service
- Manage meeting room bookings and catering orders
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Check and respond to team and personal emails
- Administer access badges for team members and visitors
- Communicate with the local office community
- Order snacks, office supplies, and stationery
- Evolve the refreshment program with variety and healthy options
- Check and maintain kitchen equipment functionality
- Organize necessary kitchen equipment repairs
