Tasks
- Manage the Too Good To Go office and reception area
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensure office and meeting rooms are neat and inviting
- Order office supplies and manage weekly grocery orders
- Handle office expenses, budgets, and invoice approvals
- Provide input on cost forecasting for IT and office space
- Process incoming office invoices for payment
- Coordinate lunch orders for the team
- Manage parts of the employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Gather documents for payroll
- Set up laptops for new employees
- Manage company merchandise for new joiners
- Handle budget management and orders for gifts
- Procure, distribute, and manage IT equipment and mobile phones
- Manage phone subscriptions for staff
- Handle physical requirements for employees, such as access cards and keys
- Plan and execute company events and celebrations
- Organize staff gifts for key milestones and achievements
- Support TGTG visitors to the office
- Organize local and global Townhall viewings
- Work with the DEI Taskforce to organize local DEI activities
- Drive social activities in the market
- Liaise with landlords and service providers for office maintenance
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained
- Implement sustainability initiatives in the office
- Contribute data to global carbon reporting
- Meet all safety and compliance requirements in the office
- Coordinate training and equipment for workplace safety
- Manage the ongoing office contract
- Work with the CD and global procurement for office contract renewals
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes
- Lead ad-hoc projects to enhance the workplace experience
