  • Manage the full retail channel

  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Meet or surpass budget expectations
  • Lead KAM team
  • Structure day-to-day operations
  • Strategize annual promotional planning
  • Execute annual promotional plans
  • Ensure successful listing of innovations
  • Organize regular performance meetings
  • Track performance against targets
  • Implement initiatives to achieve budgeted results
  • Own NPS of off-trade customers
  • Engage internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of NPS
