Architecting NFC systems for automotive applications, integrating hardware-software co-design at an embedded semiconductor solution provider. 10+ years in semiconductor system architecture for automotive development, with deep automotive grade quality understanding, required. Requirements
- Bachelor/Masters/PhD Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science
- More than 10 years of industry experience
- Experience in definition of system architectures for semiconductor products
- Experience in Automotive semiconductor development flow
- In-depth understanding of Automotive grade quality
- Familiarity with ISO9000, AEC-Q100 and/or ISO26262 quality systems
- Highly organized and structured way of working
- Experience in NFC/RFID and/or other wireless radio technologies
- Experience in system integration and hardware reference designs
- Good understanding of product development lifecycle and processes
- Good communication, documentation, abstraction and presentation skills
- Experience in leading global teams technically
- Customer facing technical lead role experience
Tasks
- Analyze Automotive customer use cases with product management and marketing
- Develop actionable product requirements based on customer needs
- Create system architecture considering Hardware-Software Co-design and trade-offs
- Ensure quality and guide the team in Automotive development programs
- Develop integration and validation plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Support product development during implementation and validation phases
- Drive product quality targets throughout the project life cycle
- Interface with lead customers from product definition to production ramp-up
