Requirements

  • Bachelor/Masters/PhD Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science
  • More than 10 years of industry experience
  • Experience in definition of system architectures for semiconductor products
  • Experience in Automotive semiconductor development flow
  • In-depth understanding of Automotive grade quality
  • Familiarity with ISO9000, AEC-Q100 and/or ISO26262 quality systems
  • Highly organized and structured way of working
  • Experience in NFC/RFID and/or other wireless radio technologies
  • Experience in system integration and hardware reference designs
  • Good understanding of product development lifecycle and processes
  • Good communication, documentation, abstraction and presentation skills
  • Experience in leading global teams technically
  • Customer facing technical lead role experience

Tasks

  • Analyze Automotive customer use cases with product management and marketing
  • Develop actionable product requirements based on customer needs
  • Create system architecture considering Hardware-Software Co-design and trade-offs
  • Ensure quality and guide the team in Automotive development programs
  • Develop integration and validation plans with the interdisciplinary team
  • Support product development during implementation and validation phases
  • Drive product quality targets throughout the project life cycle
  • Interface with lead customers from product definition to production ramp-up
