Tasks
- Manage a team of ~10 SW engineers
- Oversee embedded SW development projects
- Develop team expertise in JavaCard applet development
- Improve development processes within the team
- Enhance development processes at other sites
- Motivate the team for timely, quality delivery
- Act as a JavaCard applets architect
- Contribute to new eSE solutions in cross-functional teams
- Capture new product requirements with customers
- Collaborate with field sales teams
- Work with applications engineers
- Manage team resources in alignment with project leads
