- Experience in QSR, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry
- Degree in Food Marketing / Food Science / Food Engineering / Nutrition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for food: creating recipes, cooking, eating
- Broad knowledge of current food trends
- Following food industry news
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Analysis of marketing and consumer behavior data
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Eligible to work in Switzerland without sponsorship
Tasks
- Support brand expansion in EMEA and Australia
- Commercialize and localize ingredients
- Develop new products end-to-end
- Enhance existing recipes
- Drive menu innovation
- Connect markets, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure products meet quality and brand standards
- Collect and analyze marketing and consumer insights
- Identify innovation gaps and translate them into new food items
- Lead product development and launch
- Support concept and product testing
- Adapt global products to regional needs
- Develop networks of partners and suppliers
- Guide suppliers on product standards
- Lead and coordinate product approval process
- Manage product approval process
- Analyze data to support decision-making
- Coordinate with internal partners
- Work with external suppliers
- Collaborate with franchise partners for product launches
