Requirements

• Degree in Film, Media, or related field
• Experience in video production and platform management
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
• Understanding of LinkedIn and social best practices
• Strong storytelling and visual engagement skills
• Excellent eye for detail and messaging
• Experience using AI content creation platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO and metrics
• Fluency in English
• Customer centricity and willingness to travel

Tasks

• Produce and edit compelling video content

• Conduct photoshoots for marketing and employer branding
• Manage content for websites and social media
• Ensure consistent visual storytelling and brand alignment
• Manage multimedia equipment and maintain asset libraries
• Track content performance and audience engagement

• Collaborate with stakeholders on brand-compliant messaging

• Monitor social media content for marketing goals
• Coordinate with EMEA and corporate communication teams
