- Proactively identify and address facility issues
- Adhere to CBRE/Client policies and procedures
- Comply with company and client site policies, procedures, and working arrangements
- Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks
- Work with team members and specialist contractors
- Report accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies
- Support CBRE Projects team with fit-outs, renovations, and new buildings
Education
- Vocational certification
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
