- •2–3 years of experience in facility management, technical coordinator role, or similar
- •Completed technical education in electrician, mechatronics, building technician, or similar
- •Experience in project management and coordination
- •Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems
- •Strong organizational and coordination skills
- •Experience in project management and vendor supervision
- •Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- •Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- •Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Tasks
- •Organize preventive and corrective building maintenance
- •Supervise technical issue resolution by teams or vendors
- •Plan and manage system installation and commissioning projects
- •Coordinate renovations, technical upgrades, and relocations
- •Oversee external contractors to ensure company standards
- •Track work orders and maintain CMMS documentation
- •Conduct audits to ensure safety and technical compliance
- •Support energy optimization and sustainability initiatives
- •Manage technical, fire, and burglar alarm systems
- •Participate in 24-hour on-call duties for technical alarms
- •Furnish and set up conference and meeting rooms
- •Process support requests, order numbers, and invoices
- •Manage visitor passes, access controls, and parking
- •Obtain and evaluate offers from external suppliers
- •Administer incoming and outgoing postal services
- •Maintain the tool and ladder inventory
- •Review external provider badges on a monthly basis
