In this role, you will be hands-on with engine gearbox assembly and disassembly, ensuring precision and compliance with aviation standards. Your daily activities will involve collaborating with various departments and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• •Completed vocational training in a mechanical trade, ideally polytechnic, industrial mechanic, or similar
• •Experience in aviation or high-precision mechanical environments
• •Precise, structured, independent, and quality-focused working style
• •Strong teamwork, communication skills, and operational flexibility
• •Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and in a 2-shift system
• •Motivation for continuous professional development and aviation certifications
• •Good German and English skills; solid IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP/ERP advantageous)

Tasks

• •Assemble and disassemble engine gearboxes and components according to manufacturer specifications
• •Perform general mechanical assembly tasks on engine and gear systems
• •Inspect and document components for accuracy and damage
• •Read and apply technical documentation, including Maintenance Manuals (AMM, CMM)
• •Support process improvements and implement new technologies using Lean methods
• •Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and internal quality and safety standards
• •Assist adjacent departments with inspections, logistics, and repair coordination
