Requirements

• •Completed vocational training as polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic
• •Independent, precise, and responsible working style
• •Strong teamwork and communication skills
• •Physically fit, resilient, and flexible
• •High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
• •Good English and German skills

Tasks

• •Assemble aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56)
• •Complete technical and administrative tasks according to regulations
• •Deliver work on time and meet high quality standards
• •Apply Lean methods and support continuous process improvement
• •Focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
• •Act independently, efficiently, and with cost-awareness
