Developing multi-scale PK, efficacy, and toxicology models for drug discovery. PhD-level degree in STEM and extensive mechanistic modeling experience required. Integration of experimental data from in vitro, in vivo, and omics studies.

Tasks
- Develop multi-scale models for PK, efficacy, and toxicology
- Integrate experimental data from in vitro, in vivo, and omics studies
- Build complex quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) models
- Predict drug disposition and target attainment using mechanistic tumor-site interaction models
- Characterize drug accumulation and PK/PD relationships
- Extend modeling frameworks to combination therapies and antibody drug conjugates
- Design and deploy interactive tools using R and Shiny applications
- Leverage AI and Machine Learning for enhanced predictive accuracy
- Automate data integration and explore high-dimensional biological datasets
- Perform rigorous parameter estimation using Bayesian methods
- Communicate results to project teams and senior management
- Ensure M&S activities align with project goals and Roche standards
