In this role, you will drive product decisions by conducting end-to-end research and delivering actionable insights. You'll collaborate across teams to shape diverse financial tools.

Requirements

• •3–6 years hands‑on UX research
• •Mixed‑methods fluency in qualitative and quantitative
• •Great communication and storytelling skills
• •Evidence‑driven mindset and bias to action
• •Ethical judgment on privacy and data
• •Familiarity with user‑research platforms and Figma
• •Experience in brokerage or banking (Desirable)
• •Knowledge of personas and journey analytics
• •English proficiency (C1)
• •French, German or Italian (Advantageous)
• •Accessibility testing experience and WCAG awareness
