- •Perform regular updates within M365 applications
- •Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements
- •Coordinate with the Global Service Desk for ticket handling
- •Participate in technical training and presentations
- •Communicate with a global user base
- •Escalate incidents to 3rd line support or external vendors
