Requirements

  • •Bachelor, Master, or Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • •In-depth technical knowledge in CQ and OPs, possibly in biological, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry
  • •Extended EHS knowledge
  • •Experience with MES/DeltaV
  • •Solid internal and external collaboration and ability to lead diverse teams
  • •Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • •Fluency in German and English or willingness to learn one of the two languages

Tasks

  • •Ensure functionality of automated production processes in MES/DeltaV
  • •Intervene with corrective actions during production and cleaning
  • •Create, test, and optimize automated production processes
  • •Collaborate closely with the plant team during planning and production
  • •Create and adjust recipes in MES
  • •Participate in risk and process deviation analyses
  • •Collaborate with departments to ensure cGMP-compliant documentation
  • •Continuously improve procedures while adhering to safety and quality standards
  • •Identify safety or compliance risks and address them with relevant departments
