- •Implement the Foundation’s MEL Framework across focus countries
- •Strengthen MEL capacities of partners in focus countries
- •Participate in project design to ensure MEL alignment
- •Aggregate, analyze, and visualize data from project partners
- •Use digital and AI-supported tools for insight generation
- •Ensure data quality and consistency across sources
- •Maintain and adapt dashboards and indicator tracking
- •Automate progress reporting and data processes
- •Coordinate data collection cycles and timelines
- •Support partners in applying MEL methodologies
- •Prepare impact reports and evidence-based recommendations
- •Contribute to the Foundation’s annual report
- •Support strategic learning and adaptive management
- •Apply innovative AI approaches to improve decision-making
- •Travel occasionally to focus countries
- •Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies
- •Produce high-quality content for digital channels
- •Create engaging reports and presentations
- •Facilitate knowledge exchange and learning sessions
- •Manage and improve digital knowledge-sharing systems
