As a Business Insights Analyst, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and innovation. This role involves collaborating with various teams to shape strategies, measure impact, and present findings that influence key decisions.

Requirements

• •3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, or a similar role
• •Proven track record of translating data into business impact
• •Experience in SaaS, subscription, or product-led growth environments
• •Exposure to consulting or cross-functional project ownership
• •Curiosity-driven mindset

• •Proactive and transformational approach
• •Structured and methodical approach to data quality
• •Storytelling ability with complex findings
• •Advanced SQL and Big-Data Warehousing skills
• •BI and metrics design skills
