Requirements

• Sound scientific understanding and learning eagerness
• Knowledge of clinical trial methods
• Confident presentation of technical information
• Scientific baseline knowledge (preferred)
• Capability of peer-to-peer scientific exchange
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry guidelines (preferred)
• Multitasking ability under pressure
• Medical degree, PhD, PharmD or equivalent
• Field medical experience as MSL or equivalent
• Experience in scientific exchange with HCPs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent project management and planning skills
• Ability to satisfy travel and credentialing requirements

Tasks

• Engage in peer-to-peer scientific exchange with external leaders
• Gather insights on local disease and healthcare needs
• Represent Medical Affairs at regional medical congresses
• Coordinate pre-event information and post-event scientific summaries
• Respond to unsolicited requests for medical and pipeline information
• Direct stakeholders to company resources for research grants
• Organize and present at hospital lectures and advisory boards
• Provide scientific documentation for Health Technology Assessments
• Implement activities for Medical Affairs strategic plans
• Translate scientific insights into actionable company strategy
• Deliver disease state training to commercial colleagues
• Provide scientific support for patient access programs
• Identify potential investigators for sponsored clinical studies
