Description

In this national role, you will drive scientific exchange across Switzerland by building relationships with medical leaders and translating deep clinical insights into the neurology strategy.

Requirements

• •Sound scientific understanding and learning eagerness
• •Knowledge of clinical trial methods
• •Confident presentation of technical information
• •Scientific baseline knowledge (preferred)
• •Capability of peer-to-peer scientific exchange
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry guidelines (preferred)
• •Multitasking ability under pressure
• •Medical degree, PhD, PharmD or equivalent
• •Field medical experience as MSL or equivalent
• •Experience in scientific exchange with HCPs
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• •Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
• •Excellent project management and planning skills
• •Ability to satisfy travel and credentialing requirements

Tasks

• •Engage in peer-to-peer scientific exchange with external leaders
• •Gather insights on local disease and healthcare needs
• •Represent Medical Affairs at regional medical congresses
• •Coordinate pre-event information and post-event scientific summaries
• •Respond to unsolicited requests for medical and pipeline information
• •Direct stakeholders to company resources for research grants
• •Organize and present at hospital lectures and advisory boards
• •Provide scientific documentation for Health Technology Assessments
• •Implement activities for Medical Affairs strategic plans
• •Translate scientific insights into actionable company strategy
• •Deliver disease state training to commercial colleagues
• •Provide scientific support for patient access programs
• •Identify potential investigators for sponsored clinical studies
