As a Medical Officer, you will lead teams in clinical safety and medical affairs while shaping evidence generation and governance. Your role involves collaborating with various departments and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure patient safety and scientific rigor.

Requirements

• •Advanced degree required
• •10+ years of experience from a similar role
• •10+ years of experience from a leadership role
• •Deep expertise in medical affairs, clinical safety, and global pharmacovigilance
• •Judgment, integrity, and resilience
• •Curiosity and data-driven mindset

Tasks

• •Lead and develop high-performing teams in GCSP, Epidemiology, Medical Affairs, and Medical & Process Compliance
• •Oversee the GCSP team and QPPV office
• •Set and execute the global Medical Affairs strategy aligned with development milestones and regulatory interactions
• •Ensure medical accuracy and balance in all external scientific content
• •Establish and scale regional medical networks to support local commercial teams
• •Capture insights and localize global strategies
• •Manage medical information capabilities and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries
• •Drive late-stage and post-approval evidence generation, including RWE and observational studies
• •Institute robust medical governance suitable for company growth
• •Chair and contribute to internal medical governance committees
• •Collaborate with Clinical Development to inform future trials and label expansions
• •Partner with Regulatory, Manufacturing/CMC, Quality, Commercial, and Market Access teams
• •Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and public-health stakeholders
