- •Lead and develop high-performing teams in GCSP, Epidemiology, Medical Affairs, and Medical & Process Compliance
- •Oversee the GCSP team and QPPV office
- •Set and execute the global Medical Affairs strategy aligned with development milestones and regulatory interactions
- •Ensure medical accuracy and balance in all external scientific content
- •Establish and scale regional medical networks to support local commercial teams
- •Capture insights and localize global strategies
- •Manage medical information capabilities and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries
- •Drive late-stage and post-approval evidence generation, including RWE and observational studies
- •Institute robust medical governance suitable for company growth
- •Chair and contribute to internal medical governance committees
- •Collaborate with Clinical Development to inform future trials and label expansions
- •Partner with Regulatory, Manufacturing/CMC, Quality, Commercial, and Market Access teams
- •Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and public-health stakeholders
