Requirements
- •University degree in medical/science or relevant field
- •3 years of direct experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- •Hands-on experience within haematology or orphan drugs
- •Experience from an international LifeScience organization
- •Experience with new products, pre-launch and launch activities
- •Experience from haemophilia/haematology medical affairs
- •In-depth knowledge of national healthcare systems
- •Ability to create and network with KOLs at national level
- •Knowledge of national healthcare system and decision making
- •Experience in communicating and building relations with authorities
- •Understanding of pricing and regulatory processes
- •Fluency in German and English, preferably French

- •Manage medical scientific stakeholders proactively
- •Create value for patients through stakeholder engagement
- •Initiate planned medical activities independently
- •Deliver scientific presentations and discuss clinical data
- •Present medical value proposition concepts
- •Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and experts
- •Provide high-quality medical communication internally and externally
- •Offer field feedback through dynamic stakeholder engagement
- •Support local organization in developing medical tactics
- •Lead medical scientific leadership and pharmacovigilance
- •Manage medical information and healthcare compliance
- •Support marketed products and post-approval development
- •Recruit and develop staff in the medical department
- •Lead the execution of the medical strategy for hemophilia
- •Provide scientific guidance to internal teams
- •Plan and allocate resources for the medical department
- •Collaborate on medical education programs and publications
- •Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans
- •Support the hematology and specialty care team
- •Organize scientific advisory boards with key stakeholders
- •Attend congresses and symposia to represent the company
- •Provide feedback to HQ during Business Development Due Diligence
- •Coordinate medical information inquiries with HQ
- •Represent scientific interests in forums and interact with KOLs
- •Maintain relationships with scientific societies and health authorities
- •Advise on medical matters and legal implications
- •Stay updated on scientific developments and treatment guidelines
- •Oversee clinical trials and studies related to hemophilia
- •Act as PSP owner if required
