Requirements

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze medical/scientific literature
  • Presentation skills
  • Experience in Medical Writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with Literature databases (Embase, Medline)
  • Experience in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Tableau or similar analysis software
  • Collaborative team player with interpersonal skills
  • Sense of accountability and ownership
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial, driven, and engaged
  • High scientific and ethical integrity
  • Flexible and able to operate in a quickly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and diligence

Tasks

  • Oversee processes and agreements related to medical information at HQ and affiliates
  • Stay informed about available medical information systems
  • Manage general MedInfo tasks and inquiries
  • Attend Medical Affairs/Information booth at scientific congresses as needed
  • Ensure compliance with copyright regulations for scientific literature provision
  • Follow medical information processes for timely, high-quality responses
  • Identify, escalate, and record adverse events and product quality complaints
  • Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sobi’s product portfolio
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to handle incoming medical inquiries
  • Maintain documentation and tracking of inquiries and responses
  • Identify frequent medical information inquiry topics
  • Develop and maintain standard response letters (SRLs) and FAQs
  • Support the creation of non-standard responses
  • Provide reports and listings to partners and internally
  • Contribute to medical educational activities and non-promotional material development
  • Stay updated on scientific information in assigned areas
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • Conduct literature analyses
  • Create and maintain product-specific literature databases
  • Perform metrics analyses of published articles to support cross-functional teams
