- CMPP certification
- Ability to develop and evaluate medical/scientific publications
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Tasks
- Lead the implementation of the global publication plan
- Manage the end-to-end publication process
- Ensure compliance with GPP, ICMJE guidelines, and internal SOPs
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Biostatistics, and external partners
- Represent the publication function in internal and external meetings
- Maintain publication tracking systems and provide updates
- Support the annual global publication workshop
- Contribute to the development of best practices
