Requirements
- •Degree: Medical Doctor, PharmD, or PhD in life sciences
- •Full professional proficiency in German and English, French is considered an advantage
- •5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs in a pharmaceutical environment
- •Experience with Cardiovascular and Renal disease area preferred
- •Previous direct leadership and strong change management experience
- •In-depth understanding of the Swiss Pharma market including key dynamics, competitors, country regulatory and market environments
- •Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills as well as analytical skills
