- 2-5 years success in early-stage oncology drug development
- Experience in antibody-drug conjugates or radio-oncology
- Lead oncology development program through early stages

- Manage uncertainty and drive risk-based actions
- Knowledge of GCP, clinical trial design, statistics, regulatory processes
- Establish scientific partnerships with external and internal teams

Tasks
- Develop and lead global clinical strategy for oncology programs
- Provide medical input for key documents and protocols
- Collaborate with study teams to deliver Clinical Development Plan
- Drive clinical programs with Project Management and other teams
- Generate scenarios and risk-management strategies
- Develop and maintain global network of KOLs and patient groups
- Represent clinical program before regulatory and decision boards
- Support in-/out-licensing and market access strategies

- Bachelor's degree
