Description

In this role, you will lead the medical editorial function, ensuring the accuracy and usability of clinical data models while collaborating with various teams. Your work will involve translating clinical guidelines into structured formats and supporting product innovation through expert input.

Requirements

• •Medical degree; board certification in a relevant specialty
• •Several years of experience in medical editorial work, clinical knowledge engineering, digital health product development, or similar roles
• •Strong understanding of clinical workflows, evidence appraisal, guideline interpretation, and medical terminology systems
• •Experience creating or managing structured clinical content
• •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• •Ability to translate complex clinical topics into clear, usable product content
• •Experience with digital health standards
• •Very good English and German skills

Tasks

• •Build and lead the medical editorial function
• •Manage clinical data models and structured medical content

• •Bridge clinical expertise with product strategy
• •Ensure compliance with data protection requirements
• •Support product innovation by defining clinical requirements
• •Represent the medical perspective in communications related to clinical content
