Requirements

  • •Technical vocational training in metal or equivalent
  • •More than 2 years of experience
  • •Willingness to travel for field assistance
  • •Willingness to work in two shifts
  • •Solid communication skills
  • •Problem solving skills
  • •Independent, precise, and responsible work style
  • •Open-minded and dedicated team player
  • •High safety, quality, and cost awareness
  • •Solid MS Office and SAP experience
  • •German and English Level B1
  • •EU/Swiss passport or Swiss working permit

Tasks

  • •Prepare PW4000 and CFM56 engines for maintenance
  • •Unwrap and de-preserve aircraft engines
  • •Move engines between stands and trailers
  • •Follow manufacturer manuals for engine handling
  • •Perform detailed incoming engine inspections
  • •Report inspection findings to engineering
  • •Conduct outgoing engine inspections
  • •Initiate corrective actions for inspection findings
  • •Document engine components using Vocollect System
  • •Execute orders independently and on time
  • •Record all activities according to regulations
  • •Improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency
