Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MDM, data integration, and data governance
- Strong consulting background in architecting and implementing MDM solutions
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Network, Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar
- Deep expertise in data modeling, data quality, integration technologies, and governance methodologies
- Familiarity with CRM ecosystems and enterprise data domains
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Consumer Health sectors
- Familiarity with OpenData and integration of third-party reference data
- Certification from a CRM or MDM software vendor
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, SQL, ETL tools, or web services technologies
- Exposure to integration frameworks, user authentication methods, or batch data processes
- Additional European language(s)
Tasks
- Design and deliver MDM architectures using Veeva Network
- Cover data modeling, integration, governance, and data quality
- Own project delivery for enterprise clients from scoping to deployment
- Provide post-go-live support for clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements
- Translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Create detailed technical documentation, including data models
- Develop architecture diagrams and integration specifications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams
- Support change management to drive MDM best practices
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Contribute to initiatives for improving service quality and delivery
