- Understanding of Claims, DAM, Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory requirements
- Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements
- Project management certification
- Experience with product pre-sales, solution consulting, or engagement management
- Fluency in Italian, French, or German
- SaaS/Cloud experience
Tasks
- Implement a content management platform for life sciences
- Lead business process discovery and application design workshops
- Translate complex client process requirements into workable solution designs
- Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment
- Create process documentation and project deliverables
- Plan and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing support
- Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva’s Commercial Content applications
