Requirements
- BA/BS degree in relevant discipline (supply chain preferred)

Tasks
- Execute manufacturing master data tasks in ERP system
- Follow GXP guidelines for data entry and analysis
- Perform workflow follow-up and functional testing
- Develop technical manufacturing ERP data
- Serve as master data subject matter expert
- Coordinate or lead manufacturing ERP data projects
- Collaborate with Boudry Manufacturing departments
- Work with Global Master Data and Quality Assurance
- Timely execute assigned tasks
- Assess impact of changes on other ERP data
- Understand full scope of tasks
- Consult on timelines and impacts
- Prepare and follow data templates and workflows
- Enter data in ERP system
- Own CAPA and change control actions
- Ensure actions are completed on time and per GxP guidelines
- Liaise with global project timelines
- Collect user requests
- Propose solutions for process improvements
- Coordinate stakeholder sessions for routing improvements
- Analyze impact of improvement requests
- Advise stakeholders on impact and take relevant actions
- Ensure proper IT development
- Implement and execute data tests and loads
- Conceptualize, create, and update packaging routings
- Update existing bulk routings
- Provide training on routings and master data
- Participate in UAT sessions for ERP improvements
- Consult on UAT script creation and test execution
- Coordinate UAT sessions for various functions
- Use data entry tools like data loader and conversion tool
- Collect data for KPI analyses and set-ups
- Participate in MDM-related projects
- Lead or co-lead MDM projects
- Act as backup for peers and managers
