Tasks

  • •Build accurate demand forecasts using market and customer insights
  • •Consolidate sell-in, sell-out, and EPOS data for robust assumptions
  • •Identify risks and opportunities affecting demand reliability
  • •Lead monthly S&OP meetings with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance
  • •Align demand scenarios and business assumptions across departments
  • •Communicate local market insights to central planning teams
  • •Support financial forecasting through accurate volume valuation
  • •Determine innovation sizing with Marketing and Sales teams
  • •Adjust forecasts based on post-launch performance and learnings
  • •Manage product introductions and phase-outs to minimize waste
  • •Monitor stock availability and proactively highlight supply risks
  • •Partner with Global Deployment teams to secure supply flows
  • •Contribute to product allocation based on business priorities
  • •Collaborate regularly with key retailer supply chain teams
  • •Utilize Power BI and AI tools to enhance analytics
  • •Conduct root cause analyses to improve forecast accuracy
  • •Implement improvements to S&OP and demand planning processes
