Requirements

  • •Knowledge of microbial/mammalian cultivation or protein purification
  • •Excellent communication, teamwork, and solution-orientation
  • •Fluency in English and German skills
  • •Willingness to work in 4-shift system
  • •Solid GMP operations experience

Tasks

  • •Execute manufacturing activities following cGMP guidelines
  • •Ensure successful batch execution and evaluate results
  • •Troubleshoot equipment and recommend technical resolutions
  • •Support safety and environmental risk assessments
  • •Implement and control defined operational measures
  • •Prepare electronic batch records and SOPs
  • •Review production documentation for quality standards
  • •Manage deviations, change requests, and CAPA implementation
  • •Train manufacturing staff on equipment and operations
  • •Serve as deputy for the Shift Team Lead
