Requirements
- Completed chemical/biopharmaceutical education or corresponding training qualification
- Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering or related fields
- Good knowledge of biotechnological processes in mammalian protein purification
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative and great teammate
- Motivated and passionate about finding solutions
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German is considered a plus
- Very good GMP understanding
Tasks
- Perform manufacturing activities in Downstream Processing
- Ensure batch execution and evaluate test results
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Follow SHE and EM guidelines in the production area
- Advise on continuous process improvement projects
- Assist in document preparation for electronic batch records and SOPs
- Act as a technical reference for shift team members
- Train manufacturing staff on specific equipment and standard operations
