- •Five years in pharmaceutical operations within GMP
- •Experience in biotech and sterile processes
- •Experience in production equipment handling
- •Ability to work in matrix environments
- •Availability for remote on-call duties

- •Define batch sequences and cleaning intervals
- •Allocate equipment to optimize production efficiency
- •Escalate campaign delays and risks
- •Confirm material availability with the warehouse
- •Plan maintenance interventions to avoid interruptions
- •Facilitate communication between production shifts
- •Update planning and tracking tools
- •Document plan changes according to GMP standards
- •Prepare capacity and utilization reports
- •Improve scheduling processes and coordination routines
- •Participate in daily performance reviews
- •Troubleshoot planning-related downtime
